Profile:
You have successfully completed a commercial training with additional qualification for personnel management or a comparable training; you master the MS-Office software, have very good social competences and abilities to do analyses and draft concepts, an independent, responsible manner of working and good communication abilities as well as self-assertiveness also in difficult situations; you are committed, flexible, responsible, with good organising ability; you work with precision and punctually and have good knowledge of the German language.

Core Tasks:
Payroll-accounting for a defined group of employees and carrying out the related bookkeeping activities; personnel management inclusive of certification activities; accounting of travel expenses in accordance with the company’s applicable directives; providing consultation for the employees in legal issues relating to labour and social affairs; mentoring the commercial trainees; management of time accounting; software maintenance for the personnel management software; participation in preparing the annual financial statement; management of the time accounting software LOGA Time; software management of the personnel management software LOGA 2001 provided by the company Personal & Informatik.

clothing engineer (M/F)

to support the technical management of our jeans production site in Sri Lanka as of now

Your profile
 • training as clothing engineer and/or qualified clothing technician;
 • several years of professional experience and solid professional knowledge;
 • you have experience in working in manufacturing companies with industrial production and know-how in jeans production;
 • you can provide proof for good knowledge of the English language;
 • you are very willing to travel, able to assert yourself and you have a good sense of aesthetics

Your tasks
You will be responsible mainly for
 • transferring the technical product definitions into production;
 • quality control and improvement;
 • production management;
 • deadline control

Personnel Officer

to begin as soon as possible

Profile:
At least a completed training in a commercial vocation and experience in salary accounting and time management; additional training in personnel management; good knowledge of wage tax and social insurance regulations; very good knowledge of LOGA 2001 and MS-Office software is desirable; reliability and diligence; structured and independent working;
great degree of readiness to work and motivation; flexibility and ability to cope with pressure;
open-minded character with very good team-work ability.

Tasks:
Independent timely preparation of the monthly salary slips for a defined group of employees;
responsibility for time management and maintenance of the time-management system;
input, updating and maintenance of personnel data and other accounting data; contact for all issues that are related to accounting, wage tax and social insurance; correspondence and communication with health insurances, social insurances and other authorities; coordination and settlement of the relevant accounts with financial accounting; participation in preparing the audits; managerial analyses and evaluations.
